This package is designed to provide you with all 90 hours of instruction required to be eligible for a Oklahoma provisional sales associate license.
This course prepares you for the Oklahoma state licensing exam as well as provides the practical business knowledge and foundation necessary to be a successful real estate salesperson in Oklahoma.

- 90-Hour Oklahoma Basic Course of Real Estate
This course provides 90 hours of instruction in principles and practices of real estate, required of all applicants for a provisional sales associate’s license in Oklahoma. The course prepares learners for the Oklahoma licensing exam and provides the real estate practice knowledge and foundation necessary to be a successful provisional sales associate in Oklahoma. Topics include real estate economics, real property ownership, land use controls and restrictions, deeds and title transfer, real estate contracts, agency law, property valuation, real estate practice, property disclosures, real estate financing, property management, risk management, professional standards of conduct, real estate math, and Oklahoma real estate license laws and rules.

Oklahoma State Requirement Details for Real Estate Pre-Licensing Education
Hours Required by the State: 90 hours
Pre-Licensing Final Exams: Final exams must be passed with a minimum of 75% with one retake allowed.
Licensing Exam: The licensing exam is administered by Pearson Vue. Registration for the state licensing exam is an entirely separate process from proctoring for your course final exam. For instructions to register for your state licensing exam and further information, please click here.
Applicants convicted of felony crimes referenced in Title 59 Section 858-301.1 or 858-4000.1 may be ineligible to obtain an Oklahoma Real Estate License for a predetermined number of years. For clarification, please contact the Commission and review the cited section of law as referenced herein. The Commission will allow the applicant to seek preapproval prior to enrolling in a pre-license course.
Applicants who are not permanent U.S. citizens should review their eligibility to obtain a real estate license on the Commission’s website prior to enrolling in pre-license education.
